All my baking recipes worked in Johannesburg, at an altitude of about 2000m. Now at sea level they don't, why?
Do I need to add more flour, baking powder and if so how much? Does the temperature or time of cooking need to be adjusted? Really confused as to why all my recipes that worked at altitude do not work at sea level.
