Warrior Women New Body Look for 2011
The warrior women new body shape is in for 2011! With a move away from waif like skinny frames, a far more healthy and in my opinion beautiful physique is now being strived for by the hottest celebrities. The warrior women body shape is the epitome of hard decent training leading to a fabulous look of low body fat and increased tone, with shapely feminine muscle defining the physique. The warrior women body has been sported by top celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Paris Hilton and is definitely the new look for women in 2010.
How do you get the warrior women body shape? The warrior women body shape is a mix of classic and new training. Much of the training I do with women revolves around obtaining this warrior women look- so this is what I do! First of all I look at the women's diet. Without a good nutritional base the warrior women look will not be achieved. The diet should revolve around the elimination of processed foods and a reliance on healthy clean carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Around 1 gram of protein per lean pound of bodyweight per day should be consumed- so for a 150 pound women 150 grams of protein. Carbohydrates should be kept in the region of low to medium and come from oats, brown rice, quinoa and occasional brown pasta- around 100 grams a day for an average size women is plenty. As much green leafy vegetables such as kale, broccoli and cabbage should be consumed as possible.
Physical Training for the warrior women body shape is a must and should revolve around compound type lifts like that found in kettlebell and barbell training. I always ensure each one of my personal training clients enters a periodised kettlebell training regime with me to achieve the warrior women look. The high rep compound lifts I have my women perform in circuit fashion with each drill lasting up to 6 minutes long of intense exercise followed by a 30 second to 1 minute rest the on to a different drill. I like to throw in a lot of bodyweight agility drill in between the kettlebell work as I find this really speeds up the process of obtaining the warrior women body shape.
An example of a drill would be kettlebell squat to press for 30 seconds on the same arm followed by one arm swings on the same arm for 30 seconds repeating this on the alternate arm and completing four sets a piece for a four minute intense drill. The warrior women look is fairly easy to obtain when you follow the right diet and training protocols. How safe is Paris for two young women traveling alone?
My friend and I, both 19, are planning to travel to Paris in a few months.. We're going to just walk around the city and also the French countryside.. How is it in terms of safety and crime? Is it a bad idea to walk around the city during the evening?
Hmm I have not seen Taken yet, lol is it about the same thing?
Oh for goodness sake, Taken is a movie, a thriller, not a documentary of Paris. It's a great movie, but I've been travelling to/fro Paris several times a year since I was 18 and I have not yet once been pickpocketed (touch wood and let's hope it keeps that way).
Paris in general is a very safe city, but like anywhere else in the world, keep your wits around you and be aware of your environment. Don't go wandering someplace that you're unfamiliar with when it's dark and there's very little people around. Don't flash your belongings to the world and take good care that your belongings are securely kept. Don't drink/eat something offered by a stranger. If you're out for the evening don't let your drinks be out of your sight or else just buy a new one. The usual things and precautions that you would take regardless where you are, you know.
Walking the city in the central area is very much the thing to do (you'll miss the magnificent sights of Paris with the lights otherwise) during the evening, but you may want to avoid areas such Pigalle (red district area) and Montmartre, and parts of the city that's near the peripherique.
