How To Tell If A Woman Likes Me
I like to help men get very precise with language. If they don't then nothing practical as a real skill can come out of the discussion. When I talk about liking someone or being liked, I precisely mean that I feel a friendship or kinship with someone, that we make each other happy, and boost each other's self-esteem – which is part of my definition of friendship.
But when I hear a guy ask me how to know if a woman "likes" him, I usually assume that means he wants to know whether she has sexual interest, passion, for him too, not just friendship or feelings of intellectual teamwork (which is called Commitment by the way.)
If a woman likes you as a friend, she may simply smile or otherwise express happiness with your presence. You need to know, that unlike you as a man – who might still be sexually attracted to a woman who is a Femme Fatale, is mean in appearance or even rude, women absolutely will not find you sexually attractive if she also does not have friendship feelings – "liking" – for you.
Now to the good stuff.
For a woman to ALSO be sexually attracted to you, I often describe in my teachings how it is that there MUST be something mysterious about you to her mind. Something about you must compel questions about you that ONLY you can answer. Then she will follow you to the ends of the Earth.
The WAY to know if she has sexual interest will RARELY be through words or conversation. Early dating and attraction are all about body language and fun and flirting, not words and serious topics.
She will use her body in a way likely not even conscious to her, beginning with simple PROXIMITY – being in your vicinity, ever more near to you. IF she was across the room ten minutes ago and now is standing next to you, even if she has a "reason to," it's a great sign that there is some interest. Why? Because unlike you, women are often thinking of their personal safety in public, and even in closed social events are FREQUENTLY thinking about whether they "fit in" or belong to the social group composed of other women. If you are "weird" or unattractive in any way, they DON'T want to be seen near you, not even for "a reason" like getting some food or a drink. They'll go to another part of the place to get that.
There are numerous other clues they give off, called Attraction Signals in my material, and they vary from a constant gaze at you, to flipping their hair, to actually touching you first.
And at some point you will have to touch them to get anywhere near kissing and beyond, so you might as well at some point offer to shake hands, to give a high five, or otherwise initiate physical contact. It's at that point you can take the temperature of their interest just in how they respond. If they tolerate it and up the ante, then it's on. If not, you have more mysteriousness to convey.
