Selecting Mens Designer Jeans
The best thing about mens designer jeans is that it not only makes you look good but you feel good wearing them. The difference between high street jeans and mens designer jeans is the quality of fabric (designer jeans come in denim of ¾ oz to 15 oz while high street denim may not have the same count), the cut, the stitch (in some cases designer jeans are hand crafted to the extent that no two pairs are ever alike), the colours and customised look in the form of the copper rivets, customized "wash" and genuine leather labels. You do not have to stand up and shout to distinguish yourself: one look at your jeans and people will know the difference. Like other garments jeans too have evolved since the time they originated in Europe.
From the simple blue twill denim fabric today we have jeans made from coated and treated denims cloth as well as corduroy. Jeans were and still are the trousers of choice of hard working labourers and the fad spread to US and underwent metamorphoses, people applying their imagination to give it a special look. On the one hand we have the moulded look jeans, the cowboy bootcut jeans, the much-in-demand straight leg jeans and then we have casual loose fit jeans with customized pockets, fronts and backs in a range of colours and fabrics.
The basis of selecting mens designer jeans for you is to first know your body type, especially from the waist down. If you have strong muscular thighs then you might look good in a particular brand of designer jeans which have more room. If you are slim legged then a narrower fit will suit you better. Simply opting for one particular brand without knowing their signature style is not a good idea. Moreover, your personality should match the designer jeans you are selecting. A man with a sculpted shoulder and chest and thin waist but strong thighs might look good in sculpted body fit jeans and also in casuals… depending on how he mixes and matches the jeans and top shirt or T shirt combination.
