the first pair have more white and therefore brings more attention to your feet, but on the other hand the 2nd pair makes a statement with more black, either way their gonna bring attention to your feet which isnt a bad thing! neither one is gonna make ur feet look smaller but they wont make them look bulky, if you really want to make your feet look smaller then wear a pair of round toe flats
