Do I have rosacea? Can it disappear?

I decided to start taking the pill last November as I started to break out, however it got worse the next 2 months and I had extremely dry and red skin when I sunbathed in Florida.

Finally in January my skin cleared out but it started getting more and more sensible and dry, it always did but I would get even more red at the sauna or after a few drinks. We had very harsh winds at this time of the year ( northern england) and my skin would turn completely red, then once I had a stressful argument with my ex and he told me I was red as a tomato.

Anyway, i ran to the beautician who advised me to try Clinique redness products and it helped but I still get red at moments and I can't seem to tan anymore. Although I live in Northern England I was raised in the south of France and my skin would turn golden but now it simply doesn't tan or gets red...
